I'm in a race against time not only fixing the roof of my beloved Showman's Wagon before winter sets in; (even though I spent a month up there at the beginning of summer and it managed to trick me into thinking it was truly fixed, only to tinkle on me from a great height when we had a downpour recently). But, (and I know you shouldn't start a sentence with but..but..) Also the greater race against time occurred to me when my younger daughter celebrated her 22 birthday this week. Crikey that 22 years flew by. Here's a pic of her stood below the painting I did of her and her sister on the ceiling of the wagon when they were just little tidgers with tigers, (you may have to see the larger picture of the ceiling to understand that comment). As you can see I got the gist of it down but never finished it , so once the roof has been extra extra water sealed I shall finish that off too...finally!

That was touching! Well, everything might change; appearance; your skin color, you age. But that doesn't mean that you love your daughter any less. Changing is the only contrast thing in the world and time could be one of the biggest factors of this one, but we should keep on moving. We should join the flow in order for us to make it. I know you had some inside regrets about you being a mother failed to be part of some of great events in the life of your daughter, but there's always a time to make up for the lost times. Today is your chance to do it!

Hi there B. P. E, thanks for your comment. I totally agree, I like to think that any bad happenings can be learnt from, and then you progress and move on in life. My daughters are one of the real treasures in my life and two of the most beautiful jewels I've created, so definately no regrets there! We should all 'Seize the Day', especially on these lovely long hot summer ones!
